When you mix &quot;shisha&quot; to food you spoil the taste buds. The place is a Cafe&#39; as it is correctly named, therefore I would not categorize it as a Restaurant though it does serve food beyond sandwiches. The place has T.V. for those that wish follow football or other events while simultaneously it does have a sound system and music so there is an odd mix of sounds and distortions. I did not try the food in order to be able to rate it or judge it. I did sit there a couple of times as the people I was meeting both times seem to have made it their hand out. It is located at the entrance of the Arkan Office Buildings overlooking the road so it can be cool on winter evenings and they have therefore left blankets for guest on most tables for those that are not properly dresses to sustain the cool breeze. Service is good and fast. Waiters are attentive and cordial. Nothing to brag about the place. Recommended for casual gatherings.
